CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $50.00 fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee, as this time was reserved specifically for you.

 

Package Sessions

 

If you’ve purchased a session package, missed,late or cancelled appointments will count toward the total unless otherwise agreed upon.

How to Cancel

 

Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email to be valid. Please ensure you receive confirmation from us.

 

Respecting Time

 

Out of respect for all clients, sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the session may be considered a no-show.
